Registering GeoData Manager

When you buy a GeoData Manager licence, you will receive a registration name and key, which you must enter in order to use GeoData Manager. You don't need a key during the 30 day evaluation period.

Entering a registration name and key

• if you have been evaluating GeoData Manager and have bought a licence: use the name and key GSDS sends you.
• If you have an existing GeoData Manager installation and are installing GeoData Manager on another PC: use your current name and key.

Entering the name and key:

1. Start GeoData Manager. Click Help, then click About GeoData Manager ..., then click Registration.

   

2. Type or paste your registration name into Name

3. Type or paste your registration key code into Key.

4. Click Register, then click OK.

If GeoData Manager asks for a registration name and key

GeoData Manager will ask for your registration name and key:

• If your current key has expired
• If you haven't entered a name and key and GeoData Manager has been installed for more than 30 days.

To continue using GeoData Manager:

1. If necessary, get a registration name and key from GeoData Manager.

2. Type or paste your name into Name.

3. Type or paste your key into Key.
